 Hybrid working 2 days in the office at Laurence House, Catford which is easily accessible via public transport of by car. On-site subsidised parking.
 CV’s for candidates who can hit the ground running with the below experience essential to be considered by 10/4 with interviews to take place week commencing 15th April
 To Carry out visits to properties regarding disrepair claims and conduct detailed reports that can be used in court
 To manage the VOID process from start to finish liaising with necessary internal teams and landlords to ensure they are abiding by their contract.
 Candidates need to be familiar with SOR codes and Disrepair Claims.
