Role Overview
Indsafri is looking for a results-driven IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in Honeydew, Johannesburg. This is an on-site role suited for a seasoned recruiter who understands the IT and technology landscape and can manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles across various industries, including banking and financial services.
The successful candidate will partner closely with Hiring Managers, Account Managers, to deliver high-quality technical talent within agreed timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle (from job briefing to offer and onboarding)
Source, screen, and place candidates across IT roles including:
Software Developers
Business Analysts / Solution Analyst / Systems Analyst
DevOps / SRE
Project & Programme Managers
Salesforce, Data, Cloud & Infrastructure roles
