Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, cloud)
• Monitor system availability, performance, and incident resolution
• Coach and mentor technical team members
• Manage escalations and ensure SLA compliance
• Coordinate infrastructure upgrades, patches, and migrations
• Track KPIs such as uptime, CSAT, ticket aging, and resolution times
• Identify automation and process improvement opportunities
