Technical Leadership & Diagnostics
Lead the diagnosis and resolution of high-impact, complex technical issues across electric passenger vehicles, buses, and trucks.
Serve as the top technical escalation point for factory , ensuring rapid and effective resolution of critical field cases.
Perform advanced root-cause analysis using data logs, vehicle telematics, system schematics, and engineering diagnostic tools.
Engineering Collaboration
Act as the primary interface with China engineering teams for product issues, field case escalations, and improvement initiatives.
Coordinate field findings into structured engineering feedback, supporting product improvements and technical change requests.
Participate in validation and testing of engineering countermeasures before deployment to the field.
