Technical Team Leader

• Lead the diagnosis and resolution of high-impact, complex technical issues across electric passenger vehicles, buses, and trucks.
• Serve as the top technical escalation point for factory , ensuring rapid and effective resolution of critical field cases.
• Perform advanced root-cause analysis using data logs, vehicle telematics, system schematics, and engineering diagnostic tools.

Engineering Collaboration

• Act as the primary interface with China engineering teams for product issues, field case escalations, and improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate field findings into structured engineering feedback, supporting product improvements and technical change requests.
• Participate in validation and testing of engineering countermeasures before deployment to the field.

Operational & Process Management
