Technical Tendering leader ASIA

**Job Description Summary**
The technical tendering regional leader will be responsible for the technical tendering team in ASIA region for new/IB opportunities managing a regional portfolio of tenders (for ASIA and EMEA mainly but could be NAM), securing that all offers are delivered on time and take the best of the GE Hydro products and innovative capabilities. He/ She shall be responsible for assignment of the tasks to the team. He/ she will be responsible of staffing the team, helping the technical tendering system integrators in their tasks and when there is no TTSI he has to assign the ownership of a tendering to a member of his team (or to him) and assign the resources that work on this given tender. On behalf of Hydro Engineering, the technical tendering leader plays an important role at securing the profitability of the business, in ensuring that all the technical guarantees offered to clients can be delivered within the cost and planning budgeted in each offer.
