* Plan, document, and lead new employee training to include station by station assembly training, safety, and classroom training on proper use of equipment.


* Create and maintain a detailed schedule for employee training with the expectation that each employee is trained on a new station once per month.


* Create and update detailed training matrix for new and current employees to identify training gaps in different processes.
