Technical Trainer Automotive Heavy Vehicles

Are you passionate about helping aspiring automotive technicians learn and get started in their career? We are seeking a qualified Technical Training Instructor who can instruct people on heavy duty vehicles in the Dutch language. 

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training workshops for technicians. 

• Prepare workshops and vehicles for experiential learning. 

• Verify learners’ understanding of the subject matter using competency-based training. 

• Identify additional training needs based on learners’ feedback and assessment of skills. 

• Ensure Regional Training Facility, tools, student guides, literature, vehicles, and training center are properly maintained. 

• Assist Corporate Training staff in the development of technical training curriculum as required.
