Technical Trainer

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Technical Trainer to design, develop, and deliver technical training programs for our IT teams. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on IT experience, preferably in an MSP environment, and the ability to translate technical concepts into engaging and practical learning sessions.
This role plays a critical part in upskilling our Service Desk, NOC, SOC, and Infrastructure teams to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery to our global clients.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver technical training programs for L1–L3 engineers and team leads.
Conduct onboarding training for new hires across Service Desk, NOC, SOC, and Infrastructure teams.
Develop training materials such as presentations, manuals, SOPs, labs, and assessments.
Train on core IT topics including:
Windows & Mac OS
Active Directory & Azure AD
Office 365 / Microsoft 365
Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP)
