Job Overview

The Technical Trainer plays a key role in developing and delivering impactful technical training programs for engineers at IT By Design. This role is responsible for designing structured learning experiences that align with business needs and empower engineers to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver technical training programs aligned with organizational requirements
• Create training schedules, lesson plans, and classroom agendas
• Develop course content based on defined learning objectives
• Prepare engaging training materials (presentations, guides, worksheets, etc.)
• Conduct instructor-led training, workshops, and webinars (group and one-on-one)
• Assess training effectiveness and continuously improve content
