Technical Training Assistant Manager

Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of the organization's learning and development strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals. Drive talent development initiatives, manage the corporate learning ecosystem, and oversee the sustainability of the virtual Corporate University. Provide leadership and guidance to the Talent Development team.
Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Studies, Human Resource Management, Management, or related business field
Master's-level coursework or diploma in HR, OD, Adult Learning, Instructional Design, or Business Administration is preferred
Experience
At least years total HR experience with 5+ years focused on Learning & Development/Organizational Development, including:
End-to-end training cycle ownership (assessment → design → delivery → implementation → evaluation).
Managing LMS platforms and digital learning programs
Partner/vendor management and contract negotiation
