Job Summary

This role is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering practical, hands‑on training programs that build employee skills, improve safety and efficiency, and support the production of high‑quality equipment. Ensures training is practical, clear, and easy to understand, enabling employees to confidently apply their skills on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Supports operations by identifying training needs and helping close skill gaps across areas such as assembly, welding, and other manufacturing functions
• Key coordinator for technical training initiatives, able to facilitate training on the floor or in the classroom
