Adecco's client is looking for a
Technical Training
professional to drive capability development across Private Equity and Real Estate servicing teams. This role can suit both a senior individual contributor or a leader overseeing a small team depending on experience.
The ideal candidate will design, deliver, and continuously improve structured training programs to strengthen product knowledge, operational excellence, and business performance. You will work closely with Operations, Product, and senior stakeholders to ensure technical competencies meet current and future business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deliver technical training programs covering:
- Private Equity fund lifecycle (capital calls, distributions, fund structures)
- Real Estate funds and REIT servicing
- Broader asset servicing processes (fund administration, operational workflows)
