Job Description
The Technical Training Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing after-sales technical training programs to ensure the technical competency of dealer networks and third-party partners in line with VinFast's global standards.
Key Responsibilities

Develop training strategies, roadmaps, and annual training plans for after-sales technical functions in alignment with VinFast's product portfolio and market expansion.

Develop, localize, and continuously improve technical training content; ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of all training materials across markets.
