Technical Training Manager

We are recruiting on behalf of a client for an experienced
Technical Training Manager
to lead, structure, and continuously improve technical and operational training across a complex, safety-critical environment. This role is suited to someone who understands the realities of operational workforces and knows how to translate training into real, measurable capability on site.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and coordinating technical and operational training plans across multiple facilities
• Managing and developing a technical training team to meet evolving business and operational demands
• Conducting and maintaining Training Needs Analyses, skills matrices, and annual training plans
• Ensuring effective induction and mandatory training for employees and contractors
