**JOB SUMMARY:**


The **_Manager, Technical Training_** leads Alabama Power’s Power Delivery technical training organization. This role is responsible for ensuring line workers are properly prepared to safely construct, operate, maintain, and restore transmission, distribution, and substation systems. This position requires technical expertise, leadership, customer focus, and strategic vision to ensure the workforce is prepared for current and future business needs. The key responsibilities include leading the staff, overseeing training programs, managing budgets, supporting strengthening relationships, and promoting a culture of safety, learning, and continuous improvement.
