Technical Training Specialist II

This position is a part of the Training & Enablement organization and is responsible for providing technical product training on Resideo home solution products found in our HVAC, Security & Awareness businesses. Additionally, the Technical Training Specialist II will develop customized training programs to align with the specific criteria of HVAC, Water/plumbing, building science, customer, and market needs based on new product introductions.

Job Duties

• Provide technical product and procedural training, both in person and virtually, to Resideo customers, channel partners, and internal technical support teams, supporting new‑hire onboarding, new product introductions, conversions, wallet‑share growth, and maintenance of existing business.

• Effectively manage relationships with Resideo Sales, Contractors, Distributors, and other Channel Partners.
