Technical Writer – IT Consulting & Proposal Development

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer with a strong IT background and proven experience in proposal writing, solution documentation, and IT project/program coordination. The ideal candidate must have worked with Tier 1 or Tier 2 IT consulting firms (e.g., Client, IBM, Client, Cognizant) and possess a deep understanding of the U.S. IT consulting landscape, particularly across SLED (State, Local, and Education) and Federal agencies.

Key Responsibilities Proposal Writing & Solution Development

+ Understand Company Strengths, Past performances and make Bid/No Bid decisions

+ Write, edit, and review compelling proposals, RFP responses, and solution documentation for IT consulting services.

+ Collaborate with IT SMEs, delivery teams, and stakeholders to gather technical inputs and ensure accuracy.
