PROFILE:
- English fluency
- Strong problem solving abilities
- Strong written communication
- At least 1 year of relevant customer service experience.
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills.
- Ability to work effectively with mínimal supervision by employing effective time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to effectively use the MS Office package, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Adobe Acrobat, and/or Photoshop.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Create formal reports and other correspondence types upon client request from field data and test results.
- Interpret and communicate test results including any associated normative or client specifications.
- Engage in customer service interactions by electronic, telephone, and/or direct in-person correspondence pertaining to client inquiries and comments.
