  Technical Writer 
   TECHNICAL WRITER REQUIREMENTS: 
 Must possess a Mid-Level to Senior-Level amount of professional experience in Technical Writing – Exemplary writing skills
 Expert level knowledge using MS Suite applications specifically Microsoft Word
 Proven knowledge and understanding of ServiceNow from a Writing perspective 
 Experience working with Visio for creating written diagrams 
 Critical thinking, collaboration, knowledge of IT, knowledge of IT asset management
 Ideally Financial Services industry experience or Banking 
   TECHNICAL WRITER RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  The main responsibilities of the Technical Writer are to consolidate and harmonize procedural IT asset management (software/hardware documents)
