This role involves creating and maintaining essential documentation that meets the needs of forensic software users. You will be responsible for collaborating with various teams to develop knowledge base articles and applying proofreading techniques to ensure adherence to the company’s Style Guide. Your contributions will support internal and external documentation resources.

• Work with internal teams on knowledge base content
• Proofread and edit to uphold documentation standards
• Build team resources, including wikis
