Technical Writer

Key Responsibilities:

• responsible for analyzing, documenting and categorizing organizational process documents (policies, procedures, workflows,etc) to improve efficiency and productivity
• will spearhead the creation of document taxonomy and defining naming conventions to streamline operations and minimize process gaps
• ensure all process-related documentations are collated, compiled and stored according to company standards and directive.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of a process inventory, including descriptions and metrics of all business processes
• work closely with management and other departments to review, refine or develop process strategies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, must possess high attention to detail and level of accuracy
