Job Description

What You Will Do

Create and distribute technical notices addressed to participants of Bolsas y Mercados Españoles (BME), SIX Swiss Exchange (SSX), SIX Exfeed, 12H and CONNEXOR.

Support communication tasks during emergency notifications during exchange trading hours and on weekends during trading platform migrations.

Create and maintain technical documentation to support the technical help desks of these services.

Perform various internal documentation tasks, including creating, reviewing, and finalizing documents using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Adobe Designer.

Publish content and maintain the Member Section.
What You Bring
Strong experience in technical writing, document lifecycle management, and structured content creation.

Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Adobe Designer; Knowledge of SAP CRM and Confluence and expericence with SAFe / Agile proj...
