**A Day in the Life**
A technical writer manages IFUs by gathering information, ensuring regulatory compliance, and creating clear, accurate instructions to support safe and effective product use.

**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:**

+ Identify IFU/label requirements and obtain necessary raw information from various sources.
+ Learn and understand the design and behavior of the company’s products.
+ Design, develop, and maintain IFU/label using FrameMaker® and other software applications.
+ Control IFU versioning and maintain the IFU archives.
+ Provide IFU/label -related support to the Marketing, Product Development, and Regulatory groups.
