 As a technical writer in the Product Learning & Enablement (PL&E) team, you have a passion for developing user-friendly content for our customers. You ensure that they become fully familiar with our software and understand all its benefits. You achieve this by working closely together with subject matter experts and your PL&E colleagues.
 Your main tasks are:
 writing customer-facing content such as documents, In Product Messages (IPMs), emails, release notes, FAQs, UI terminology and more.
 measuring whether our content has helped our customers. Isn't it good enough? Then we iterate and ensure that the content is improved.
 innovate how we create content to improve internal processes and new ways of offering content.
