**Essential requirements**:
- Languages: Danish or Norwegian are the preferred native languages;- Duration: 3 months- Starting: ASAP.
His/Her primary responsibilities would include:
**1. Documentation of Knowledge Transfer Materials**- Creating and structuring KT documentation: Develop guides, manuals, FAQs, and reference documents that capture SME knowledge (Both Domain and Technical knowledge) in a structured manner.- Standardizing templates: Implement clear and consistent documentation formats to ensure usability and readability.
**2. Enhancing Onboarding and Training Materials**- Developing training content: Create user-friendly guides, and domain documents to assist new team members in understanding key knowledge like local legislation, business rules, etc.- USe AI-driven onboarding tools: Use (BU administrator) AI-generated onboarding materials and chatbot (or...
