Technical Writer

We are looking for a Senior Technical Writer to join our Product Documentation team. As a Senior Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining high-quality documentation that enables internal teams, clients, and developers to understand and adopt our solutions with ease. You will lead documentation efforts across projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and play a strategic role in improving documentation standards and practices. You will also contribute to mentor junior writers, and align documentation goals with sprint and release objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end documentation process for products and platforms across multiple domains (e.g., digital banking, cards, payments).
