Technical Writer

A US-based consulting company is looking to hire a hard-working and self-motivated Filipino Technical Writer to create and document processes and procedures for our clients. Impeccable mastery of the English language (both written and verbal) is a must. 

This role is 100% work from home.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Map process flows based on a recording of the consultant interviewing the client. This includes creating flow charts and diagrams. 
• Write high-quality, clear, easy-to-understand step-by-step procedures based on a recording of an interview of a client or videos submitted directly by clients on how they perform certain tasks.
• Organize the material in a cloud-based process documentation software or Learning Management System software.
