- Regular meeting participation.
- Executive support for various individuals- Build custom reports- Perform on-site and remote health checks- Process changes and support projects.
- Change control compliance.
- Update tickets and assorted admin work.
- Should be available to support customer outside working hours on any immediate downtime.
