2. Experience developing documentation in wikis for collaboration tools like confluence
3. Experience in compiling and replaying processes to determine accuracy, consistency, gaps and limitations
4. Orchestrating documentation interviews and reviews to account for technical drift, architectural changes ensuring that documentation remains evergreen
