What you'll do:
As a Technical Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers managing orders, resolving inquiries, and providing product support with accuracy and care. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and contribute to a high-performing customer experience.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
Manage end-to-end customer orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external inquiries via phone,
email, ticketing systems, and chat, including providing product availability, pricing,
and preparing quotations.
- Support the sales process by coordinating with customers and logistics teams to
