Technical/Delivery Lead

Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Ownership

• Own end-to-end delivery for the assigned team as if it were your own product
• Drive work forward proactively without waiting for European team prompts
• Identify, resolve, or mitigate blockers within hours, not days
• Reassign blocked developers to productive work within 2 hours

Technical Leadership

• Lead implementation using , React, PostgreSQL, and AWS
• Make independent decisions on task breakdown, estimation, and implementation
• Investigate unclear requirements, APIs, or business rules and proceed with reasoned assumptions
• Escalate only when necessary, with clear context and proposed solutions

Communication & Collaboration

• Work asynchronously with Netherlands-based stakeholders across time zones
• Provide structured daily updates before Europes day starts (CET)
