What you'll be doing

1. Performing preventive maintenance on optical equipment to ensure optimal performance
2. Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with optical instruments, and implementing effective repair solutions
3. Documenting all maintenance and repair activities, and maintaining detailed records
4. Collaborating with the technical team to identify and implement process improvements
5. Providing technical support and guidance to our customers, as needed
