Summary

This role entails providing high quality repairs and maintenance of food service equipment to our clients.

Reports to: After‑Sales Technical Manager

Responsibilities

General

• Listen to customer concerns and communicate all job‑related topics in an efficient and comprehensive manner.
• Attend to emergency calls on equipment repair issues.
• Collaborate with other maintenance workers, company's officials, and staff to effectively provide solutions to repair or maintenance problems.

Maintenance, Fault finding and Repairs

• Technical fault/problem diagnosis on site, remotely or at our customers' site.
• Provide on‑site repairs, maintenance, installations, off‑site remote troubleshooting on a wide variety of commercial catering and food service equipment.
• Read and comprehend wiring diagrams, follow manuals on operation and installation.
