Your role as the Technician cum Engineer (Mechanical - SMT/BGA) is to ensure the company's production process is run smoothly and efficiently by troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing the SMT/BGA machines. You should be able to display great technical and communication skills with the ability to adapt to different scenarios. Your key responsibilities are as follows:
Operate, troubleshoot, repair and install SMT/BGA machine and related equipment
Perform preventive maintenance on machines and related equipment to ensure it is operational
