Job Description

Job Summary
Performs a variety of routine maintenance duties for the Engineering Department. 
 Essential Duties And Responsibilities 
Provides friendly, fast, and helpful guest service to all guests and team members.
Repairs equipment as necessary and replace broken equipment as needed through the property.
Maintains a clean and safe work environment at all times.
Possesses basic knowledge of electricity and electrical components; assists in basic trouble-shooting and repair of all electrical equipment.
Possesses basic knowledge of plumbing and plumbing fixtures and repairs; assists in basic trouble shooting and repair of all plumbing fixtures.
Possesses basic knowledge of carpentry and woodworking; assists in repair and fabrication of woodworking related issues including, but not limited to furniture repair.
