Technician (Facility Management) - Klang Valley

Job Duties

The general duties of Technician (Facility Management) shall include but not limited to the following;

1. To ensure the smooth running of day to day facility operation and to attend ad – hoc facility
   repair maintenance activities.
2. To attend on helpdesk request related to the complaint / request from end users, execute corrective maintenance and get verification from end users / clients for completed work order and submit to Supervisor for work order closing.
3. To execute / supervise (in house / outsource) for Routine maintenance servicing / Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) as per scheduled, fill up PPM checklist, notify superior for any sign of deterioration / abnormalities, compile and submit PM checklist to Supervisor after work completed for work order closing.
4. To identify and notify Supervisor on parts / materials need for purchase for use on maintenance works.
