Technician - Fire Fighting

IOI City Mall Sdn Bhd – Putrajaya, Putrajaya

Responsibilities

• Make sure Fire Extinguisher valid and Fire Equipment's in safe use mode.
• Perform scheduled maintenance service on fire alarm systems.
• Ensure all requirements as specified by manufacturer of systems and fixtures.
• Perform installations, repairs and maintenance are properly sized, aligned, supported and graded.
• Perform all installations, repairs and maintenance meet the requirements of appropriate codes.
• Attend on all tenant complaints.
• Complete daily task and Servedeck as given by superior.
• Do daily reports of the preventive maintenance and daily checklist.
• Respond to emergency call when directed by company/IOI management.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 year experience in retail mall / Commercial Building.
• Excellent communication (Written & Oral) and interpersonal skills.
