JOB DESCRIPTION

• Perform repair and maintenance activities in company dormitories to ensure safe, clean, and fully functional living conditions.
• Carry out plumbing installations, repairs, and routine maintenance as needed.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring and related systems.
• Conduct air conditioning repairs, cleaning, and preventive maintenance to ensure efficient operation and extend equipment lifespan.
• Inspect, evaluate, and address structural or facility-related issues within dormitories.
• Execute preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment breakdowns and ensure uninterrupted dormitory operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certification
• At least 1 year work experience in facilities maintenance
• Knowledgeable in Plumbing and Electrical Works
