TECHNICIAN, GENERAL MAINTENANCE

Job Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot plumbing issues (e.g., leaks, pipe blockages problems.)
• Respond to emergency plumbing situations. (if required)
• Ensure compliance with regulations, and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Perform preventive maintenance for all the pipings and grease trap in store outlets.
• Inspect plumbing systems for safety and functionality.

Required Skills

• Proven plumbing experience (residential, commercial, or industrial).
• Knowledge of plumbing regulations and safety standards.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Qualifications

• SPM, diploma or equivalent.
