General Summary

Responsible for implementing the Continuous Process Improvement Initiative within the Business Unit. Working within Department to identify opportunities for improvement such as Breakthrough and Point Kaizen, Standard Work ,5S etc. providing help with leadership, and direct support. will be responsible to directly implement and practice the lean tools on the shop floor and support in deployment of Lean Maturity Roadmap.

Duties and responsibilities

+ Drives continuous improvement culture that fosters daily improvement involving all team members.
+ Support and execute the lean maturity Roadmap deployment plan for the department.
