The Facilities Technician is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems and equipment within the facility, including HVAC systems, pumps, compressors, piping systems, and other mechanical infrastructure. The technician ensures all mechanical systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards and local regulations. This role supports the overall facility operations to minimize downtime and ensure a safe working environment .

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, chillers, air compressors, pumps, and plumbing systems.
• Monitor and maintain mechanical equipment performance and report any abnormalities or failures.
