Technician III

Schedules Preventives and corrective maintenance and keeps records to maintain proper control of them to ensure efficient and trouble-free functioning of all HVAC, starters, pumps system, motors, cooling towers, Heat machines, Kitchen equipments, switchboards, door readers etc.

Responsibilities

• Familiarizes with fire procedures, all emergency exit and safety procedures.
• Participates in regular fire drills and responsible for the fire fighting.
• Regular checklist and responsible to highlight incomplete works by addressing out.
• Greets, Respect and be humble at all times.
• Initial responsibility during off day, duties and on concern work status.
• Attends to immediate repairs through Maintenance Work Orders and follow up on any outstanding Maintenance Work Orders.
• Maintenance repairs and schedule servicing of Applications Equipments & components, Advertisement board, Banner, Electrical, Carpentry, Civil,...
