Job Summary

Responsible for preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of relevant kitchen equipment (stoves, ovens, refrigerators, cold storage, steam ovens, blenders, etc.) in the UBR park, to ensure that all equipment is in good working condition.

Major Responsibilities

Preventive inspections, repairs, and troubleshooting of kitchen equipment across the UBR campus.

By following existing UBR policies, procedures, and training, understand and follow UBR requirements and actively participate in environmental and health and safety responsibilities to ensure the safety of all team members and guests.

Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance according to OEM and UBR construction specifications.

Ensure that repair and maintenance work is carried out safely by complying with the work orders created by Maximo.
