What you'll be doing

1. Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on a variety of technical equipment
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, implementing effective solutions
3. Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a seamless service delivery
4. Document all work completed and maintain detailed records
5. Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide top-notch customer service
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and techniques
