Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Technician to operate, monitor, maintain, and repair Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems and building facilities. The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance of air-conditioning, refrigeration, ventilation, electrical, plumbing, fire protection systems, and general building maintenance. The technician will also respond to emergencies, attend to tenant complaints, and support renovation and project works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain air-conditioning, refrigeration, ventilation, and mechanical systems
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on M&E systems according to schedules
• Attend to emergency breakdowns (AC, electrical, plumbing, water leakage, sanitary issues)
• Carry out installation, modification, and repair works for M&E equipment
• Conduct routine inspections, lubrication, cleaning, and anti-corrosion works on equipment
