Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation & Maintenance:
· Operate, monitor, and maintain rice packaging machines to ensure smooth and efficient production.
· Perform routine inspections, servicing, and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.

Troubleshooting & Repair:
· Identify, diagnose, and rectify machine breakdowns or technical faults promptly.
· Carry out minor repairs and coordinate with external service providers for major repairs when required.

Production Support:
· Support daily packaging operations to minimize downtime and meet production targets.
· Assist with machine setup, adjustment, and changeovers for different packaging requirements.

Safety & Compliance:
· Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
· Ensure machines are operated safely and in compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
