Job Summary:

A Laundry Technician maintains, repairs, and operates commercial laundry equipment (washers, dryers) to ensure efficient operation, handle routine tasks, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/plumbing issues, keep detailed records, ensure safety, and sometimes assist with general repairs.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Address and resolve any concerns or requests from clients and supervisors related to machine repair or machine maintenance if they are requested.
• Monitor employee within your area to ensure adherence to company policies and code of ethics.
• Prepare and submit incident reports to HR team for any violations observed or reported under your supervision.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee matters and disciplinary actions.
