Location will be Pair Gudang – approx. 1 hour 30 minutes from Johor, Malaysia.

The Role: Technician is responsible for the operational service delivery all James Fisher Offshore and Onshore/onshore activities and will ensure equipment and projects are delivered in as safe, efficient and effective manner.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Carry out major repair works to diesel driven engines (Scania, Volvo) and also fuel system repair.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Ensure safe working practices are carried out at all times in accordance to health and safety legislation.
• Carry out inspection of equipment and evaluate level of maintenance, repair or rebuild work required.
