POSITION GOALS
To perform Plan Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, General Building maintenance and inspection to ensure maximum efficiency and client satisfaction.
Duties And Responsibilities
Perform daily inspection to ensure that it meets the client's standard. Respond to requests from any departments regarding minor maintenance issues throughout the day Initiates Work Order request from supervisor to ensure that any defects, which he may observe, receive attention. Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance work in accordance with the plan Keeps his superiors fully informed on the progress of work and how it effects the daily operation.
